1. Conditions for return

- The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage…

2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products
- Return notification time: within 48 hours from receiving the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts or broken.
- Return delivery time: within 14 days from receiving the product.
